Your monthly stipend is set by the level of your completed qualification. The higher your qualification, the higher the band.

To qualify for the top band of R6,000 a month, you need a completed NQF 7 qualification — a bachelor's degree or an advanced diploma. Your qualification is verified during the application process, so have your certified certificate ready.

- • You are unemployed and not currently studying.
- • You can commit to the full 24 months.
- • You live in, or can work in, KwaZulu-Natal, Cape Town or Johannesburg.
